Initial Consultation

Sometimes, it is hard to distinguish where to start! This is where you can take advantage of the benefits of a personal trainer. It is a very important step to start getting a customized personal training experience. This also helps us assess the baseline fitness parameters that are a necessity for you.

Nutrition Assasments

What you eat matters! An assessment to determine your eating habits, the deficiencies, and lifestyle. A step that is necessary to personalize your diet, supplements and provide you with strategies to improve your eating habits. This directs you into a healthy eating lifestyle that coincides with their fitness and training programs.

Customized Plan

Real metrics lead to real results. Our trainers combine data from your assessments, with information about your lifestyle to build an individually tailored workout plan that is specific to you and your goals. I had plans from personal trainers which I followed for ages. No results though. Moving from one place to another every other month didn’t exactly help to get around my personal well-being since I had other things to worry about in the first place.

Since joining Rockwall fitness, I had no idea how to train effectively and achieve my goals. I asked Dhana for help. And I got it! He explained to me in great detail what I was doing wrong so far, why I had the feeling I wasn’t able to lose weight and most importantly why all the other exercise plans I had didn’t do anything. He understood what I wanted to achieve in the next months and put together a plan on what to do and how to do it. 

The great thing was he didn’t only give me the plan but he explained to me why I should do it this way and not any other way. But not only was the exercise plan important, he also made me reconsider my whole diet. I’m usually not a big fan of diet changes but Dhana told me to give it a try. He was confident in what he was doing and convinced me of his knowledge afresh every day. 

I also started with a workout plan for lower body and glute training, which Dhana is an expert at. This helped with the majority of the weight loss. Never in my wildest dreams did I think I would have this level of transformation and still be going! I feel stronger, healthier, more motivated, more energized, and honestly overall much happier.

I have struggled with weight my entire life. I have purchased gym memberships, been on various “fad” diets, and have worked with several personal fitness trainers, but it always resulted in limited, short-term success. 

Since joining Rockwall fitness in February 2022 and working with Dhana, I have finally achieved long term success. I have gained about 7 kilos in 3 months, as a result, I am no longer struggling being underweight.

Dhana is extremely knowledgeable, motivating, and stays focused on challenging me. He provides an intense workout which he modifies to keep up with my progress. For the first time in my life I look forward to working out because I can see the true results.

What a journey! I can honestly say I’ve never felt fitter or more confident in my body, and more confident at the gym. I’ve been a regular gym goer but never been very consistent. Joining Rockwall fitness and working with Dhana were the best decisions I have made for my health.
